Do you sell to the general public?
No. Luntrada exclusively serves B2B buyers and does not sell directly to consumers.
Ordering & Fulfillment
How do I place an order?
Complete our Wholesale Application Form. Once approved, you may order via invoice or through your assigned account manager.
What is your fulfillment timeline?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
Payment Terms & Credit
What are Net Terms?
Net Terms allow qualified buyers to receive goods immediately and pay later. We offer:
• Net 30 — payment due 30 days after invoice
• Net 60 — payment due 60 days after invoice (upon eligibility)
How do I qualify for Net Terms?
– Must be a registered business with EIN
– Active business bank account
– Trade references or prior supplier history
– U.S.-based with a valid shipping address
Do you perform credit checks?
Not always. We review business documentation, trade references, and historical purchasing to determine creditworthiness.
Is factoring supported?
Yes. Our invoices and fulfillment process are fully transparent and compliant with third-party financial and audit standards.
Shipping & Returns
Which carriers do you use?
We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and select LTL freight partners for bulk orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently serve U.S.-based clients only. Global expansion is planned for 2026.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. Notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full policy details.

Will I have a dedicated account manager?
Yes. Every wholesale partner is assigned an account manager to provide personalized support and sourcing solutions.
Do you offer white-label fulfillment?
Yes. We offer white-label shipping, branded packaging, and blind drop-shipping for approved accounts.
How do I update my account?
