Shipping Policy
At Luntrada LLC, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable, and transparent order fulfillment for our B2B partners. All shipments are processed from our fulfillment center in Kalispell, Montana, and typically ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Ground: 3–5 business days (varies by destination)
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days available upon request
- Freight: Used for large orders or palletized goods — LTL and FTL options available
Shipping Carriers
We ship through trusted national carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. For freight shipments, we use verified logistics partners with tracking support.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, destination, and method selected. Wholesale partners with net terms may be invoiced separately for freight charges.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST are typically processed same-day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking details are provided via email once your shipment is processed. Clients are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate at the time of order placement.
Return & Exchange Policy
Luntrada LLC operates exclusively as a wholesale distributor. As such, all sales are final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to fair resolution within the guidelines below.
Returns Eligibility
Returns may be accepted in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective items upon arrival (must notify us within 3 business days of delivery)
- Incorrect items shipped due to fulfillment error
- Product not as described in the catalog or invoice
Return Process
- Submit a return request to info@luntrada.com with your order number, photos, and reason for return.
- Returns must be authorized by our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 business days of approval.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to discretionary returns (non-defective, buyer error). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or white-labeled products
- Clearance or liquidation merchandise
- Items returned without original packaging or beyond the return window
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for defective or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or applied as credit on the customer’s Luntrada account.
Shipping Disputes
Luntrada LLC is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by carriers, weather, or other force majeure events. All delivery disputes must be filed within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
